How pesticides affect frogs.

Pesticides used in farming that leach into bodies of water such as ponds, lakes, rivers, and oceans can affect many to all animals. Take frogs for an example, pesticides used in farming can go into frogs skin wreaking havoc on them. It can emasculate three-quarters of them and turning one in 10 into females. Pesticides can also end up killing many animals such as the frogs that are already experiencing other issues caused from the pesticides.

The death of some pond animals can create a domino affect because if some animals die such as frogs that means there will be less snakes and less snakes means less hawks. It will also create another domino affect because if there are less frogs there will be more insects, mice, rabbits, and small birds. And if this happens it will create an imbalance with in the ecosystem inevitably destroying the echo system, which will also end up hurting other ecosystems.

This is the mortality rate of frogs for each pesticide that can be found in bodies of water in a span of 7 days.
